We continue to provide services to consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to advise you that a service disruption may occur if we do not have the required staff to provide all services. If services are disrupted, you will be notified and we will need to prioritize essential services to ensure consumer safety. If you have a back-up plan, we would ask that you be ready to activate it. If a disruption in services occurs as a result of the changing situation, Nucleus will notify each consumer of these changes.
COVID-19 Prevention
There are simple, but very effective things you can do to help protect yourself and others from COVID-19:
- Wash your hands
- Don’t touch your face
- Stay home unless going out is essential
- Avoid physical contact unless it is essential; maintain a distance of 2 metres or 6 feet from others
- Regularly clean high touch surfaces, such as door handles, phones, remotes
- Make sure to strictly follow instructions if you or a family member has been told to self-isolate at home including not leaving the house
- Stay home if you are sick
